Sound has always shaped how we feel, long before anyone studied why. A lullaby, a certain kind of music when you're upset — the instinct is old. Sound healing simply turns that instinct into an intentional practice.

Using singing bowls, chimes, and specific frequencies, a session guides your body into a deep state of rest. There's very little "doing" required from you. You lie down, let your body settle, and allow the sound to move through the space around you.

What makes it effective is how directly sound interacts with the nervous system — certain frequencies help shift the body out of a stressed, alert state and into something closer to deep rest. For people who carry tension without realizing it, which is most of us, this often feels like a real release.

It's one of the gentlest ways into this kind of work, especially for anyone who isn't sure where else to start.
